Brendan is one of Australia’s most respected industrial property specialists with over 20 years industry experience. He has an unparalleled understanding of the domestic and international markets, leasing negotiations, property disposals and acquisitions and the strategic guidance of large portfolios.

Most recently as an equity partner at ResolveXO, this followed his role as Regional Director of CBRE Advisory & Transactions, assisting clients with strategic advice, market data and financial analysis.

Following his Bachelor degree in Corporate Property Economics, Brendan’s initial industry experience was gained at GVA SwaleHynes, honing his skills in industrial property disposal, renewals and negotiations, including secondments at two major ASX firms assisting with their corporate property needs – enabling an in-depth understanding of the impact of property portfolios within commercial environments and the broader role they play in underpinning the stability of the business.

Having seen every aspect of corporate property from all perspectives – internal, agency-based business, and independent advisory perspective, this has led to co-founding Inca Solutions with his ethically like-minded partners, where clients receive the best service and outcome without conflict or hidden agendas.
