Nick has extensive experience in supply-chain dynamics, integrated logistics and industrial property from leading the business development team of Silk Contract Logistics to previous roles as State Director, Advisory & Transactions with CBRE Asia Pacific and most recently as a Partner at ResolveXO. Like Brendan and Matt, Nick is a co-founder of Inca Solutions and shares a passion for getting our clients the best possible outcome based on ethics and transparency at all times.
An intelligent operator, with an unparalleled understanding of the financial mechanics involved in structuring lease negotiations, Nick delivers specialist advice and detailed guidance in all aspects of tenant advocacy, including lease acquisition, disposal and negotiation, rent review and make-good obligations.
Nick has significant operational and commercial expertise in the acquisition and management of long-term multi-national contracts, along with a thorough knowledge of industrial markets and a strong network of contacts within the industrial and supply chain industry. This unique combination of experience allows Nick to navigate and properly understand not only the property element but also the supply chain and facility design aspect too.
