Matt is a driven Property Consultant with a strong foundation in property, and development. He holds a Bachelor of Property from Bond University, where he was awarded the prestigious John Eales Elite Sports Excellence Scholarship.
After traveling internationally to pursue rugby, Matt has channeled that same discipline and resilience into building a career in the property industry. His experience spans key areas including feasibility analysis, planning, land economics, property rights, trusts, taxation, leasing, and sustainability.
With a well-rounded understanding across Industrial, large format retail and retail property, Matt brings a practical, analytical approach to delivering value and navigating complex property challenges.
